By submitting an order, you confirm that:

- You have the right to request editing services for those images
- All instructions, references, and details you provide are accurate and complete
- You understand and agree that the final output will be based on your provided input
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order if:
- The content violates legal or ethical guidelines
- The instructions are unclear or incomplete
- The project is not suitable for our services
In case of cancellation, any payment terms will be handled fairly based on the situation.
3. Image Quality & Client Responsibility
The quality of the final edited image is directly influenced by the quality of the original file provided by the client.
If you submit low-resolution, blurry, overexposed, or poorly captured images, the final output may have limitations that cannot be fully corrected through editing.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing high-quality source images whenever possible
- Clearly explaining their editing requirements
- Ensuring all necessary files and references are included in the order
- Reviewing delivered work carefully before final approval
We always try to enhance image quality, but we cannot recreate missing details that are not present in the original file.
4. Delivery Policy
We always aim to deliver your projects within the agreed timeframe. Delivery time is calculated based on the complexity of the work and the number of images in the order.
However, delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed fixed schedules.
Delays may occur due to:
- High workload or peak demand periods
- Complex editing requirements
- Missing or unclear instructions from the client
- Technical issues or system interruptions

5. Pricing & Payment
